"Great view but limited parking. Room was clean but AC unit was very loud and our check in was delayed an hour. Access to the beach in amazing and views were unbeatable. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and diners! WiFi was not great in the room but they do have smart tvs and a huge jacuzzi tub along with a rainshower style walk in shower. Overall a perfect place if you plan on spending most of your time in the beach! Staff was very friendly."

"The room overlooked the beach. Two minor issues with the room. The clock did not work and one of the drawers would not shut completely. It kept sliding back open no matter what I did. I did tell the desk on checking out "

"When I first walked in, it smelled like gas or propane, some type of fuel I asked for a refund because I did not feel comfortable staying there with that odor. I was told at the front desk that it was too late to get a refund, which I think is fraudulent because when I booked it, I wasn’t in the presence of the hotel to smell that odor. I would’ve never booked a room there. And I nor any family member will ever book a room at a Hampton Inn again."

"The townhome was very nice. Well worth the money. There were a few issues with the games available for playing. But on the bright side, the kids did have fun with the game table, it was a favorite! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach access was closed so that was a bummer. If it had been open the beach is just a few minutes' walk. There is a Publix grocery store in walking distance as well as a nice park and pickleball courts. A very spacious home away from home to enjoy with family!"

"Multiple problems with this property number one my air-conditioning didn’t work and I was not offered another room number two when I checked out and needed my receipt for reimbursement with my company. I did not get one. I am still waiting for a receipt so I can get reimbursement and I have still not gotten one very disappointed in this hotel and their proceedings will not be returning to this hotel "
