"The room had a bad smell! Almost like it hadn't been used in awhile. Dead bugs in the corners. Tile floors were sandy (I get it's the beach.) Hotel needs alot of work! I paid WAY too much for the quality I received. Probably won't be back. "

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not the best. The breakfast was very disappointing and honestly one of the worst parts of the stay. I truly would not recommend the hotel breakfast (The Abalone). Additionally, the front desk staff was not very friendly or understanding when I asked for a late check-out of just 20 minutes. They did not seem very welcoming in the morning. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was wonderful — very kind, generous, and professional throughout the stay. They were definitely the highlight of the experience. Additionally, the beach view was beautiful, and the bar staff was exceptional."

"From booking to check in and check out, our host was absolutely wonderful! So responsive to all my questions and needs… the condo was gorgeous and super clean, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to beach, pool, fitness center and garage, and Bill went above and beyond with all the extra touches, even leaving welcome baskets of snacks and goodies for us, to make us feel truly at home. Would highly recommend, and would rebook, no hesitation!!"

"everything was great but , we have a kitchen on the room but there was no silverware ,iron or plates to cook and eat, I know the give you that for a fee , but the stay was expensive enough the should included."

"We have stayed at this property a few times now. The rooms are very large and spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained. Check in staff and housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodating. We arrived several hours before check in time, and they were able to get our room cleaned quickly so we could go ahead and check in. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool looked nice, although we did not have time to enjoy it. There is breakfast in the morning, although we did not eat at the property. I wish there was a little cafe, or snack bar open late, but definitely not a deal breaker. Parking is limited, and the underground parking is a little difficult with larger vehicle (Yukon), but not impossible. We would definitely stay here again."

"I didn’t know. It wasn’t an actual hotel but, more of a B&B. Which was ok. Ad on hotels.com don’t say that. Didn’t really see any staff. The automatic didn’t work. Had to use the key. The box for the automatic unlock wasn’t working right. Never heard from the host about anything. "
