Oceanfront newly renovated South east corner ocean and rivers views

Building has been going through total renovation for the last year and a half. Condo unit has brand new furniture and been renovated, never rented. This is a very large one bedroom 980 ft.², new kitchen appliances with granite countertops. Awesome views of ocean and river. I husband and I bought it because we fell in love with the views it’s just magnificent being there. Very close to Publix supermarket and Walgreens, also restaurants in the area. You will need a car for the restaurants or call for delivery service. You can walk to Publix and Walgreens, across the street are tennis courts and a golf course. Very quiet area in Daytona Beach Shores. New fitness Center, billiard room ,social area, And Sanna

Beach paradise

Diane, the owner was absolutely the very best! The condo was spotless, very well equipped, plenty of dishes, linens, Beach chairs, beach towels were provided. I have spent twenty five+ winters in Florida, and Diane is tops!
