It has all new appliances, new carpet, new 50 in TV's ,new ceiling fans and new washer and dryer. Fully furnished kitchen, extra blankets, pillows, towels, and sheets, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. Large balcony with table and chairs. Beautiful view of the ocean and inlet water way.
