"This place is fantastic !!! The house itself is amazing, lots of room for everyone. The furnishings are high quality and very comfortable. Everything was well thought out when they were designing the layout. There was 18 of us for a college graduation. Not one of us complained about the cleanliness- it was spotless. We had the best weather along with wonderful sunrises. We did not have any issues with the property - the kitchen was stocked with everything anyone would need on a trip. Check in/ out was very easy along with communication w / the owners. We will be back to place in the future - great location and great accommodations."

"Nice spacious room clean, the check in was not good no luggage carts, and one of the elevators does not work. It takes forever the one they do have operational is tiny. Only one couple with luggage can fit on the elevator at a time. Would prefer to have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels. With all that being said the rooms are nice, breakfast is good, coffee is above average. "

"The pictures show a much bigger place. The pool toys were all blown out/torn and unusable There were black flies/drain flies ALL OVER inside the house-the walls, shower, ceiling, tv. Pool was dirty which is expected since it’s not covered but bottom was pretty dirty"

"CONTACT DIVISION OF HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS!!!!! We did not stay on the property longer then 12 minutes and were refused a refund at this time. I advise anyone to contact Border patrol, code enforcement, divisions of hotels and restaurants along with filing a suit for theft of service. This place is a scam, horrible conditions, mold, vomit, urine alllll over the entire room. Mattresses were brown. Then the staff tells you that you will be granted a refund and then denies it. Then they refuse to answer the phone. I have contacted every name listed above and have multiple pending investigations, Let’s not forget to mention the amount of drugs on the property. DO NOT STAY!!! Also the Expedia will only send you a $100 credit and state that’s all they can do."
