"I really enjoyed the room that we had. It perfectly accommodated my family and my boys enjoyed their beds on the lofts. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed the jumbo sized bath tub. The staff was friendly and professional. The bar/restaurant downstairs had hours, which weren't great as the kitchen opens at noon and closed at 9pm. There aren't a ton of great food options nearby and it would have been nice to have something substantial in the morning. The area surrounding the hotel was just okay and I didn't necessarily feel safe walking around in the evening. Easy access to the subway station was great as it was just a 5 minute ride to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Overall, I would happily stay at this hotel again."

"We were scared by the bad reviews at first but our stay went off without a hitch! Staff were friendly and the room was exactly what we paid for. Maybe this isn't a place for long stays/homebodies as the room was small but since we spent most of the time out in the city the room did exactly what we needed. Towels and bed sheets were clean!"
