Das Appartement befindet sich auf der 1. Etage und im Dachgeschoss. Auf der unteren Ebene gibt es ein kleines Doppelzimmer mit zwei separaten Betten, das einzige WC, eine Abstellkammer und den großen Aufenthaltsraum mit gemütlichem Sitzbereich, einer Essecke und einem geräumigen Küchenabteil. Vom Wohnbereich geht es zum großen Balkon und über eine steile Treppe mit kurzen Stufen ins Dachgeschoss. Hier liegt das Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschbecken und ein großes Doppelzimmer mit französischem Bett (140x200).
