"Communication from Lin was excellent. The house was truly cozy but not tiny - plenty of room to entertain outside guests. Really loved the eclectic furniture and decor – everywhere we looked there was something interesting to look at! The location was perfect. There are so many things to see and do in Cottonwood and other available experiences were no farther away than 15 minutes. The interior and exterior were very clean and inviting, and the beds and showers were just right. Lynn, we love your attention to detail, and will definitely be back for future trips to visit our relatives in Cottonwood!"

"The wife and I wanted quick weekend getaway to spend some time reading and relaxing. The cactus pad is a cute little 2 person place with a location perfect for visiting old town or launching place to near by towns. You're in very easy walking distance to restaurants, merkin vinyard, tasting rooms, and shops while at the same time the setup gives you a sense of privacy too. . The outside sitting area is nice with a small firepit and comfortable seating. Think the only thing that surprised us at all is that the place did not have a TV which might matter to some. But that actually suited us just fine as we spent the weekend reading books, listening to music, and drinking wine. Ruth was very responsive to questions and the check-in/out process was very easy, Overall it was just what we were looking for and would happily stay here again next time we are needing a weekend away from the valley."
