"Wonderful home right on the water, with all kinds of marine life to be found in the tidepools! Our family of 7, with two grandkids ages 8 and 10, spent five nights together, enjoying the open spaces downstairs, comfy bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for all. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Deer Isle and the communities along the mainland. But the highlight for us was right out the back doors, exploring the low and high tides, kayaking and even swimming! We brought two kid kayaks and rented two adult kayaks from a local source. The house is well set up for adults; we brought the extras for the kids including books, crafts, and buckets. We loved every minute and didn't want to leave."

"Walking into this cabin with a stunning view of the evening sun pouring through the meadow was the perfect first impression on a chilly fall day. This little cabin had everything we needed to enjoy the fall colors of Maine. The kids loved the bunk area. The bedroom was super comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for preparing simple meals, and the living/dining room area was the star of this unique place. Communication was fast and check in / check out was easy. Thanks for making this place available. We’ll definitely be back!"
