"We did not use either heat or air conditioning, hot tub , pool and sauna were all great. Room has been recently redone and very nice and clean! Everyone friendly and helpful"

"Breakfast was excellent, there were allot of renovations ongoing and pool and hot tub were not open. We stayed on the road side, truck noise was louder than normal due to the incline and trucks using Jake-brake coming down, and being on the throttle going up, so keep that in mind when booking if traffic noise bothers you. Staffing were present and busy throughout the morning breakfast service two thumbs up to them. Views of the Bay/lake from the dinning area were breathtaking, so I would imagine those rooms with views are also worth it. Note the parking is three tires of stair down from the entrance, so take note if you have any issues with taking the stairs. "
