"Best place i stayed in India. Staff were excellent, professional but not over attentive, nothing was too much trouble but they didn't keep interrupting and asking if all was ok every 2 minutes. It was personal service, they didn't keep sending messages to ask for reviews every two minutes, the room had actual light switches instead of having to control all through a tablet. I am definitely going back next trip. Loved it!"

"This location is clean and built around a courtyard insdie the hotel. There is space for guests to sit and relax, like a retreat from the busy chaos of the area. We flund our room clean and the bed comfortable. "

"This boutique hotel is nicely decorated, comfortable and impeccably clean, our room on the 3rd floor had prefect Wi-Fi reception. Efficient check-in, even though we arrived 3 hours later than expected at 4am and thoughtful call the next morning before the breakfast service closed. The plate of cookies with a hand written welcome note on return from our first day sightseeing was a lovely touch. The staff in the breakfast room and restaurant were polite, friendly and helpful. "Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "
