Beautiful and stylish 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with separate guest house. Private fully fenced in, tastefully furnished backyard with heated pool sitting/social area, games and more. Located two short blocks from “The Ave” where you’ll find premier restaurants, shops, parks, marina, markets and nightlife. Home is 1/2 mile from our infamous beach.

Bedroom1: Master suite with the most privacy, including a king bed, luxury bathroom double rain shower full of toiletries, spacious walk-in closet, smart TV.

Bedroom 2: A king bed with smart TV and custom closet.
