-10 person fire pit

-A games area which includes cornhole and ping pong

All four villas have their own 600 sq ft private fully fenced back yard which includes an outdoor dining table a seating area and a bbq grill

Parking for 4 vehicles. Area is walkable. Freebee (Delray beach’s free golf cart)

Home is located in the highly sought out Chevy chase portion of Delray Beach

Enjoy playing football or soccer at the large park just steps from your villa or take the FreeBee golf cart ride picking you up at your front door to take you downtown or to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen for a fun weekend or a long term stay.

It should be noted that the home is 75 yards away from the tracks. The home is equipped with hurricane windows to drown the noise
