Location was great (close to train). The male attendant was great, super helpful! The room was out of date, the carpet was gross, the bathroom curtain was dirty, and I did see a bug in my bed lol.

The 24 hour front desk was nice - you have to ring the doorbell to enter the building at any time of day or night. Room was good size and clean. It was very hot when we were in Dublin and they had no AC or fans, but the window opened and that helped. Location is a couple of blocks away from the main tourist areas, which was nice, and close to good bus stops.

Loved the modern vibe. Comfortable bed. Room was good size. Only issue was a party in the courtyard one evening. Was audible and quite loud. That said, the party ended at a reasonable time and didn't interfere with our sleep. Coffee bar was great. Had one dinner at the restaurant. Really good veggie burger (loved the curry spices). Note: this hotel in not centrally located and a good 30 minute walk to the old center ( Trinity College). This was not an issue for us and we knew ahead of time. Just a heads up for others.

We stayed on Sat, July 4th. The room was comfortable but a bit small. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel on match days at Croke Park, as service for residents was lacking, with priority given to matchgoers. The food options were disappointing, limited to finger food in paper boxes. Additionally, we were disappointed to find the bar closed at 11 PM, leaving us unable to order drinks. Overall, I expected much more from my booking.
