I want to say thanks for the great service! My rental car showed a warning signal and the rental company staff could not understand English (oh my god), the guy at the front desk offered to talk to him and translate the info to me. Very customer oriented and will definitely recommend. Just checked out today and I have to say that Venus Suite hotel is probably you bang for the bug in the area. It offers a lot of space for the family, a good selection of food for breakfast buffet, walking distance to the Pamukkale.

Taking in the factor ofnth price and facilities of what's included in the price it was fantastic!!! This is no way a 2* hotel We booked the nicer room (deluxe?) And I could not have been happier. It is what I expect of a 4* Highly recommend

The hotel is great from inside and outside, renovated and had good location near herapolis. Plenty of parking space and amazing rich breakfast full of ingredients. If your staying for couple of days, you can eat differently every day. The downside is that the bathroom bidet is small and there is no one to help with the bags, we dropped our bags and they were staring at us all the time without any help. We carried them all the way to the rooms. Also restaurant at hotel closes early at 10:30 pm. They were kind enough to offer us free tea though. All in all the hotel is amazing, yet the area around there is absolutely nothing at all to do except maybe go to herapolis. If I will be back again whichbI doubt, I would rent again although price was a little expensive considering the location and area.

This modern hotel in the middle of Pamukkale is very close to the thermal pool and archeological sites. Clean and comfortable room/beds. Very good breakfast

One of the best places In Pamukkale
We reached late and by then everything was closed and we didn’t have anything to eat but the owners provided us with some soup and a clay pot which was very helpful. The room was big enough and clean. Very well maintained property. The highlight of this property is the breakfast, generous variety of items. Overall a good experience. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and it's around 10 mins walk from the city center, rather convenient. They provide free 1 way shuttle transfer to pamukkale every 30 minutes, which was great. Staff was friendly and attentive too.

Great customer service. They upgraded my room to Family suit which was really nice of them. I was with my 2 teenage boys and they ended up having their own room. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back to this hotel again in the future.

Lovely hotel. Staff are very helpful. Yunus and Senol helped with organising our transfer. Food at the restaurant is very good. They offer free transfer to Pamukkale and Hierapolis in the morning.

We loved this place. Everything was absolutely perfect. Standout was the breakfast buffet. Super wide selection of fresh food to suit individual tastes. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. I cannot believe that this hotel is rated 2 stars.

We were greeted warmly at reception and, as there is no elevator and were an older couple, were asked if we'd prefer a ground floor room. There's a lovely big pool with a fenced off kiddy pool which is clean and cool, even in the 42 degree heat we experienced. Thank goodness for great air conditioning. Dining is indoor or outdoor under a leafy canopy by the pool. Breakfast was included and there was a great selection. The streets around the hotel are very shabby so this is a diamond in the rough.

This place is fantastic! Very peaceful environment, very comfortable rooms, and very attentive and helpful staff - reception, kitchen/restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all friendly and pleasant. The restaurant patio area is conducive to relaxing, seeking well-shaded shelter from the Pamukkale sun, and enjoying watching (and listening to) many birds. Pool was clean and well-maintained and water temp was perfect. The hotel is not in the main bazaar area of Pamukkale village, but is an easy 10-minute walk. It’s actually nice to stay in this part of town, more quiet and peaceful than the main bazaar area and more integrated with the local village environment. Highly recommend this hotel!
