"The staff met us on arrival with a very friendly welcome. Took us on a tour of the AB&B
and what to expect the Breakfast and code for the front door. They posted the breakfast menu and asked if we need anything special. Coffee, Tea and Snacks were avalable 24/7. The rooms were clean and the staff made up the room and fresh towels
everyday. They had information about tours, restaurants and beaches to go to.
They were available for any of our needs!
I would highly recommend The Inn at Yarmouth...

"This is a two-star motel. My good rating is based on it being a two-star facility. It was what I expected for what I paid. If you are expecting five-star service and amenities, this is not the place for you. It is an older building that could use updating and a deep cleaning but the location is perfect, right in the middle of the Cape. Our room was quiet, safe and parking was ample. The pool and hot tub were clean. Room service is supposed to take place every 3 days but I think you have to ask for it. We were there for 5 nights. We didn't know we had to proactively ask for room service but we didn't mind because we were rarely in the room. We were out having fun. The staff seemed polite and friendly. There is a refrigerator but no microwave in the room. There is a community microwave in the recreation room. It was clean and we used it several times to warm up left over food and had our lunch at the picnic tables outside. I would recommend if you're just looking to have a comfortable place to sleep at night while you explore the Cape during the day."
"First time attending Margaritaville with my family for my son’s birthday and it was amazing. The water park experience was great. Unfortunately it was raining so we were unable to use the outdoor pool. Loved the s’mores setup they had for guest to cozy up next to the fireplace with a delicious treat. The outdoor space was relaxing and I loved that they had game setup outside for kids and adults. All and all my kids really enjoyed the stay, from my 11 year old birthday boy to my 23 year old. The island vibes, along with the friendly and welcoming staff really elevated our experience! I would definitely recommend and I plan to return with my family and friends."
"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to share it.
On our first full day, my fiancée and I left the room around 10:00 AM. When we returned at approximately 3:00 PM, the room still had not been cleaned. At 3:20 PM, we called the front desk and specifically requested housekeeping. We were assured the room would be serviced, and because we wanted to be accommodating, we left the room again so housekeeping could access it. We even received a callback confirming the request.
We spent the next hour and a half on the patio waiting, assuming the room was being cleaned. Around 4:45 PM, I checked the room and found that nothing had been done. At 5:00 PM, I spoke with the front desk, where an employee confirmed a housekeeping request had been entered around 3:30 PM and said someone would be there shortly. At that point, the situation became stressful because we had dinner reservations and needed to get ready. The room was finally cleaned around 5:30 PM—more than two hours after our initial request.
Later that evening, we asked for a couple of bottles of water and were told that guests only receive two complimentary bottles for their entire stay and must purchase any additional water from the vending machine. Fortunately, another employee, whom I believe was named Nick, stepped in and was extremely helpful.
The bathroom also felt less than clean, and the shower caddy was visibly rusty. Spend extra $ if staying in Hyann"
"We were surprised that we could not eat at the hotel in the evening due to all 3 restaurants being fully booked over the weekend. We said we were happy to eat at any time as we were staying with them but they had no space. We found it odd that such an expensive resort could not cater for their guests. The staff simply shrugged their shoulders and said we should have booked in advance. There were several other families in the same position as us, so if you are staying there remember to book a table in advance if you want to eat at the hotel in the evenings!"
"Whilst this hotel was extremely clean, spacious and had a brilliant pool and beach area it is extremely dated.
The hallway smelt, the decor is dark brown and awful pine furniture.
There was no safe in the bedrooms which as a non US traveller is a must. Only 2 towels were provided for 3 people, no bathroom mat and no hand towel. The air con whilst worked was loud and cumbersome.
Breakfast had no fresh fruit and every thing had to be put into a single use bowl, plate, you name it."
