"Lovely helpful staff. Changed rooms as shower had no water, next room shower drizzled and was broken in its wall fixings. Could all do with a spruce up. Really enjoyed the comfy bedroom, relaxed public area. "

"We have visited this property numerous times to attend the BTCC meeting at the nearby Donington Park circuit. Never had a problem but this time the receptionist tried to charge us extra for rooms that we had already paid for. Denise and Sian (both legends) sorted the problem out before we left to attend race day on Sunday. "
