Couldn’t ask for better
Upon arrival The apartment was clean and well kept with a great location just a few minutes walk from the town centre, everything we needed was provided even to complementary milk and cereal fresh on arrival. Myself and my 2 friends I stayed with have all agreed we will happily be staying here again during our next visit

Great location and excellent all round.
No complaints at all. Spotlessly clean. Ample space with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. Great location opposite a nice pub for drinks and good food. Ten minute walk into the town centre and all that it brings. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you.

In general, the apartment seemed like a good lodging option to me. Everything except for the mattress was great. Sleeping on that bed was a real ordeal. We ended up with pain all over our bodies. The kitchen and the rest of the facilities were magnificent. Although, I would add a coat rack at the entrance and one in the bathroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed the welcome card that was left on the coffee table for me. I felt safe and felt very at home. Close to local pubs and a Sainsbury is a plus!

Great apartment shame about the drinkers outside.
The apartment was lovely, great location and very clean but unfortunately being ground floor it looked out onto the carpark which seemed to be used as a local drinking club. My partner found this very intimidating and although the group were not at all aggressive it was uncomfortable to have people sitting on the apartment's windowsill

Great apartment a short walk from City Centre
Beautiful, clean apartment just a short walk from Derby City Centre, with free secure on site parking, and in a lovely part of town. It was like our own little home from home. With limited restaurant availability due to lockdown, having a self catering apartment gave us the option of cooking for ourselves or having takeaways delivered. Would definitely return, and would choose a Stay Company apartment over a hotel.

lacking windows
These are a lovely looking set of buildings turned into short stay apartments. I may have been unlucky but the apartment I was allocated (14) was a rather dark affair with a windowless kitchen/living area. The windows in the undersized bedrooms were also quite small. Fine for one night but it would have soon felt oppressive and depressing If i’d booked for longer. Disappointing for the price and misleading from the pictures on the booking site.

great find
The apartment was quiet, clean and well equipped in a great location. U need the sort the guttering /down spout on the front of the building tho ...... it is causing damp on the inside wall of the kitchen / living room .... it’s an easy fix. Enjoyed our stay. We had a fabulous time staying in the 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything one would need when staying with young kids. The only issue was that it was not mentioned anywhere on the website or communicated that access to the apartment will only be via stairs. We wanted our elderly parents to come round to see us but they couldnt because of the amount of stairs to climb.

The apartments are very conveniently located with a wide selection of restaurants within walking distance as well as the mini Sainsbury's a few yards away. The after hours key collection was very straightforward. The studio was small, but comfortable with a large TV and washing machine. We appreciated the milk, water, tea/coffee sachets..and the mini packets of cereals! There was no dining table (just a coffee table) so a couple of trays would have made eating on our laps less messy! Also, some hooks and a shelf in the bathroom would have been useful. The studio was on the road side, but with the windows closed, the traffic did not bother us.

It was nice to have fresh milk and bottled water and some breakfast cereals ready for the next day. The only downside was when someone came at 22. 00 and they were very loud lumping about upstairs, sounded like a herd of elephants.,running up and down the stairs slamming doors, still lumping about after 23.15., not a reflection on the Stay Company but more on people who have no consideration on the fact that other people could be in bed.

Stayed here for a weekend as we were at a wedding. Well furnished and just a bit more comfort and space than your usual hotel for about the same price. Great service. They called me to ask when we would be arriving and if we were late, they would send check in details via email. When there was a slight after hours issue with a key fob, the guys were so helpful and easy to contact and resolved it very quickly. Can be a little noisy on a weekend as lots of students around BUT having said that, great place and great value.

Business stay during week
The apartment was very clean and tidy when I arrived; it was clear that there was some attention to detail here. The key code to access the apartment was sent by text on the day (so you can check in out of hours) and it was easy to check out (just post the key through the Reception letterbox). The car park was well lit and smart so quite happy. Proximity to the main road on the other side of the building meant that there was some traffic noise but this was not excessive. Overall I was happy to stay here and would do so again.

Perfect
I spent two nights here whilst working at Derby Theatre. It's situated very close to the centre. Staff were really helpful and considerate. I got an early check in. The studio room was perfect. It had everything you could need. Lovely extras like tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, water and a very lovely hand written welcome card. All very thoughtful. Great value. A very comfortable stay.

Delightful apartment close to town centre
Although on a main and busy road the apartment was lovely and quiet. The full range of cooking utensils and facilities were thoroughly appreciated and the cleanliness of the apartment was to be praised. We, unfortunately, arrived an hour early, but were welcomed and made to feel comfortable by the gentleman from reception who carefully explained everything and took the trouble to call back after giving us time to sort ourselves out to make sure we were settled and happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly, both for situation and facilities.
