The room itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the gallery. Completely soundproof. And decorated tastefully. The staff were incredible as well. They consistently made themselves available for questions and assistance (even when some of the questions were a little dumb). Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Milan.

Room was clean but not spotless. I don't have complaints except for the housekeeping being very insistent even when i had the do not disturb light activated. I wish they just had a DND sign available. I'd come here again though, the location is good (close to transit)
