"This is our go to place when we fly into San Jose, there is a shuttle that picks you up at the quarter to every hour right outside of arrivals. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, we learned to always ask for a first floor room because there is no elevators and to carry your luggage up the stairs or do you have to have a staff member do it was inconvenient and not comfortable. The rooms are very nice. The beds were nice. The bathrooms were clean. Thereā€™s lots of hot water. The pool is very nice and pretty and breakfast was full of different variety."
