It is furnished with light and modern style furniture and consists of 2 bedrooms and a dining room with lounge:

This is a perfect base to use for exploring nearby cities such as Desenzano, Sirmione, Peschiera and Lazise .. Easy excursions can be made to Verona, Venice, the Parks in Peschiera del Garda (Gardaland, Canevaworld, Zoo Safari, Movieland). There are the thermal baths of Sirmione and Lazise, book tickets at the wonderful Arena di Verona for an outdoor opera experience, visit wine and olive oil tasting cellars - the lake is famous for Lugano, Chiaretto, Valpolicella and Amarone

Two week family holiday

The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped for a self catering stay for 4 people. The only negative was the sofa bed in the lounge, which feels well used and could do with replacing. Rosella the host was extremely helpful and explained the checking in and out process very well. She also recommended some local attractions, the best of which was Verona and a local restaurant, Le 3 Caravelle, which is a 5 minute walk way. There is also a very good Japanese Sushi restaurant next door. The local residents at the other apartments were very kind and friendly. If we return to Lake Garda, we would happily stay at Rosella’s Il Teatro apartment again. Thank you for your hospitality. Mrs Ashton xx

We stayed here for eleven nights and can reccomend Rosella's apartment. Rosella was very good to communicate with and even gave us a lift to the apartment from the Bus station. Lovely Balcony view of Lake Garda and very peaceful condominium. There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk where you can go to Desenzano one way or Sirmione the other way. I would stay here again if I come back to Lake Garda. Rivoltella is a lovely village close bye.

We stayed in this apartment for a week in May. Rosella met us and gave a complete guided tour of her beautiful apartment and was very helpful in recommending places to see around the area. She also left her phone no in case we needed to get in touch. The apartment is very modern, spacious and had everything that one could wish for. It really is a home from home experience and it is located in a secure gated complex. The outside balcony was very spacious and provided wonderful views over the lake and mountains. It was also very conveniently located to supermarkets and restaurants. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Lake Garda

Uns hat hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Aber sind die Räume der Wohnung für 4 Erwachsene etwas zu klein. Dafür hat uns der große Balkon, der tolle Blick auf den Garda-See und der Pool total begeistert.

Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Umgebung mit Seeblick

Gute Ausgangslage für allerlei Ausflüge. Abends genießt man einen Wein auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Rivoltella ist ansonsten touristisch nicht überlaufen und hat einen netten Strandabschnitt.

Aufenthalt als Familie im August 2021

Schöne Ferienwohnung die den Bildern vollkommen entspricht, sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr guter und lieber Kontakt mit Frau Faccioli. Der Balkon hat nur Morgensonne, liegt ab 11.00 Uhr komplett im Schatten - in der Sommerhitze, sehr vorteilhaft. Ansonsten gibt es aber vier Liegen zum Appartement für die Wiese bzw. den Pool. Sehr nett ist auch die eigene Waschmaschine direkt im Appartement, keine allgemeine Benutzung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, Bäckerei ist fußläufig in 5 min. zu erreichen, lecker, familiäre Pizzeria Carmelo in ebenfalls in 5 min zu Fuß. Ansonsten auch andere Restaurants sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen, Altstadt von Desenzano in ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Altstadt von Sirmione ca 20 min mit dem Auto.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut,tolle Einrichtung und zum Gardasee sind es gerade mal 300 meter. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in derNähe: Bäcker,Metzger und Discounter (Penny,Lidl etc.) Restaurants alles zu Fuss inerhalb von 5Minuten zu erreichen. Schöne und moderne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat Seeblick und entspricht völlig dem Inserat. Wer mit dem Auto kommt kann dieses gut in der abgeschlossenen Anlage parken, auch eine eigene Garage ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne und sehr große Terrasse. Wir fanden die Lage perfekt! Desenzano und Sirmione sind in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, nach Verona braucht man ca. 35 Minuten. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt für über einen großen Pool der im Sommer bestimmt schön ist.

Moderne Unterkunft mit guter Aussicht

Wir haben den Urlaub im Appartement sehr genossen. Das Frühstück auf dem großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee ist sehr schön. Unsere Vermieter waren per WhatsApp schnell erreichbar und uns fehlte es an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;)

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour Ai Teatri, jolie résidence sécurisée. L'appartement à la décoration soignée, est pourvu de tout le nécessaire. La grande terrasse avec vue sur le lac et le box souterrain pour la voiture sont un plus indéniable. En outre, la résidence est idéalement située entre Desenzano et Sirmione et proche des grands axes. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour accéder à une magnifique promenade aménagée sur la rive du lac qui permet de rejoindre Desenzano. L'accueil par le propriétaire le jour de notre arrivée a été très cordial. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et ne manquerons pas d'y retourner à notre prochain voyage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie entsprach genau den Fotos. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage, die ebenfalls eine abschließbare Tiefgarage beinhaltet. Den Kinderwagen musste man die Treppen hoch tragen, was uns nicht störte. Ein Kinderbett wurde durch die Vermieter organisiert. Dies passt platztechnisch nur in das größere Schlafzimmer, was für uns ok war. Das zweite Zimmer wurde somit nicht benötigt. Der Pool war zu dieser Jahreszeit noch abgedeckt. Die Temperaturen hätten es aber auch nicht zugelassen zu baden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt ☀️

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Die in einer abgeschlossenen Appartement-Anlage gelegene Ferienwohnung ist in modernem Stil, sehr geschmackvoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet und entsprach absolut den Fotos. Die Aussicht auf den See und in die Berge von der großen Terrasse aus ist wunderschön. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos. In wenigen Minuten gelangt man zu Fuß von der Wohnung aus zum Seeufer, wo eine lange Promenade einen ausgiebigen Spaziergang direkt am Wasser bis zum Hafen von Desenzano del Garda (und darüber hinaus) ermöglicht. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin hatte viele Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Region parat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung buchen.
