Paczka powitalną, lokalizacja apartamentu oraz jego wyposazenie Mrówki wychodzące spod szafek, brudna sofa, brak wystarczającej ilości papieru toaletowego, kawy, płynu do naczyń, mydła do rąk. Ze względu na 1godz opóźnienie samolotu i zameldowanie o 19.05 pobrano 50 euro natomiast spóźnienie gospodarza po klucze - godz 10.15 przepraszam

bellissimo appartamento in posizione ideale

ragazza del check-in molto professionale e disponibile nel dare le informazioni necessarie appartamento situato in posizione fantastica , all'inizio del centro storico con la possibilità di arrivare in auto sotto l'appartamento per smistare bagagli e di parcheggiare poi in maniera gratuita a pochi centinaia di metri appartamento molto bello, curatissimo nei dettagli, piacevole,gradevole nei colori e la cucina ha tutto e di più come accessori per cucinare buona e piacevole vista lago grandezza del letto matrimoniale, materassi e cuscini da migliorare

Sono stata con il mio compagno in questo piccolo alloggio ma veramente carino, infatti siamo rimasti veramente colpiti in quanto di solito si trovano situazioni un pò disastrate invece qui è stata veramente una sorpresa positiva tutto molto bello, per non parlare della posizione in vista lago stupenda . Inoltre molto comoda sia per le passeggiate nel centro che per andare in spiaggia ,dove anche li abbiamo trovato un servizio efficiente e dei ragazzi molto simpatici.Quindi è un posto sicuramente dove ritornerei volentieri. Grazie Ma per me magari un pò nei prezzi, però la vista lago paga.......

Die zentrale Lage macht Lust auf schnelle Wechsel zwischen Entspannung am See und Streifzüge durch die historische Innenstadt ... inkl. kulinarischer Genüsse. Ich bedanke mich ausdrücklich für die sehr umsichtige Betreuung durch Roberta ... angenehm zuvorkommend, respektvoll, verbindlich. MILLE GRAZIE! Bei booking.com wird die Unterkunft gelistet als: Parkplatz inklusive. Bitte weisen Sie darauf hin, dass es eine kostenpflichtige, zusätzliche Leistung darstellt. Das ist kein Malheur und eigentlich in (historischen) Innenstadtbereichen auch normal. Sie haben mit dem sehr gut erreichbaren, nahe gelegenen Parkhaus auch wieder alle Pluspunkte auf Ihrer Seite.

Nice but some problems

This studio (no separate bedroom) apartment is as nice-looking as the photos, is generally well-equipped with everything in good working order. As for location: great for tourism, bad for supermarket access, and the pedestrianized area below the front windows is quite noisy at night. There were some problems worth noting. Most seriously, in the bathroom first aid box there was a bloodied mess of used items as well as a pool of dried blood in the bottom of the box. Other evidence of faulty cleaning was the moka (espresso maker) found in a drawer still containing used coffee grounds left by a prior renter and a frying pan that was covered with grease. We communicated some of this before departure, and the management was sympathetic and apologetic. In the bathroom: the levers for plugging the bathroom sink and bidet were stuck as if frozen, the light above the sink did not work and another ceiling bulb was burnt out, and there is nowhere to place soap and shampoo in the shower stall except on the floor. In the kitchen: We were not told that the electrical system cannot support more than one appliance at a time. The power went out when we turned on the toaster and electric tea kettle. We contacted the manager, a maintenance man came within 15 minutes, and it was only because I speak Italian that we learned the cause of the power outage. There were none of the food items usually found in rentals (spices, tea, coffee, sugar, rice, pasta, etc.) but the policy to save nothing may be due to covid concerns. Potholders are needed. In the sleeping area: The curtain separating it from the living room is attractive but very transparent and does not block out the bright morning sun or give privacy. In the living/dining room: a comfortable sofa for relaxing and a nice big kitchen table but the heavy straw area rug was a serious hazard that we had to roll up and put away. We kept tripping over it because it had creases that would not lie flat and corners that stuck u p in the air. It also slid when we stepped on it because it did not have a non-slip backing. Arrival day meeting: Our young presenter gave me a key ring and explained the use of 2 of the keys. I had to ask to find out what the other keys were for, including a safe which he otherwise had not mentioned. As already noted, our presenter did not warn us about the limitations of the electrical system.

Отличные апартаменты

Отличное расположение, отличный дизайн, вид из окна на озеро, немноголюдный город по сравнению с остальными (типа Сермионе, Гарда и т.д.), продуктовые магазины рядом. Очень довольны размещением. Спасибо ))) Не было соли, сахара, бутылки масла, мало мыла и шампуня (не расчитано на количество гостей из расчета дней проживания). Так же можно было положить парочку таблеток для посудомоечной машины и стиральной. Все это не критично для проживания, но это не так дорого для вас, а клиенту будет приятно.

Great apartment in a great location

I like how close it was to shops, restaurants, the lake. The view was beautiful and the apartment was d nicely. The beds were very comfortable. I wish there was a full size broom so I could sweep the floors daily. The kids and be quite messy when eating. Also having hand anti bacterial soap in the bathroom would be great.

Tutto Inserendo un silenziatore nel foro per la ventilazione sopra la cucina. Ne vendono di piuttosto economici e data la posizione abbastanza centrale dell'alloggio sarebbe utile (soprattutto il sabato sera).
