"The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was excellent and that staff also made us welcome. The room was clean. The location is overlooking the lake and has easy access to the lakefront promenade. It’s about a five minute walk to the center of the city and the ferry terminals. Regarding ferries we do recommend checking departure times with ticket agents. The schedules don’t always match. This is not related to the hotel. We woukd stay here again."

"Alexia, the concierge, was amazing. She was so helpful, enthusiastic and kind. Gave us great tips on restaurants and ferries. She made the hotel experience in Desanzano perfect. I hope management appreciates what a good representative they have in Alexia."

"Amazing hotel with great facilities. Pool, Sauna, Roof terrace all very good to have. Staff also very helpful and accommodating. Would strongly recommend if travelling to Italy. located a minute in front of Lake Garda. Good options in breakfast buffet."

"We loved staying here! Hotel is in the center of the lakefront just across from ferry yet well soundproofed with windows closed. Fabulous view from our balcony! Staff were warm and very helpful. Large room and bathroom were kept spotless and A/C kept room climate perfect! Breakfast was great too!"

"Check-in was simple and straight forward. Thank you Mikki for that after a stressful day of travel from the U.K. All members of staff, including the Receptionists, Breakfast Room and the Bar Staff that we had dealings with were polite and courteous and happy to help. Facilities were excellent, the bedroom was spacious and very clean and tidy. Despite the very high temperatures outside, we took advantage of the Spa and enjoyed the Sauna and Steam Room, both of which were invigorating and the cool relaxation area was a lovely quiet space to relax after being in both of the above The Breakfast room was light and airy and had plenty of varied hot and cold items to choose from including freshly made to order Omelettes, scrambled egg, bacon and hot dog sausages, cold meats and varied cheeses and I observed a seperate section of Glutten Free foods. My only concern was the grass area adjacent to the pool area was poorly maintained and the sun loungers in that area had an array of bird droppings stuck to the material part."

"Loved our junior suite balcony with lake view. All the staff were exceptionally helpful & pleasant which made for a relaxing holiday. On the edge of town but directly opposite the beach so the location was perfect for us. Nice leisurely 10 minute stroll into town."

"walkable from train station; fantastic location near ferry port; staff very friendly and accommodating; walking distance to Desenzano sights - castle, archeology museum, Roman villa - and many restaurants; lovely breakfast selection - can eat out on shaded terrace; property is older - has dark corridors; recommend room with balcony facing harbor"

"Loved our stay here. Highly recommend! The rooms are beautiful and the hotel amenities are great. Breakfast was a highlight. Staff is kind and welcoming. Comes at a premium, but definitely worth it. The only thing that could be improved are the pillows."
