"The communication with the managing agent was not great. We got a message that we needed to give a carpet cleaning company access after day 2 (clearly from previous stay) and requested an alternative day to the one suggested and never heard back. "

"The rooms actually seemed a little larger in person. It was very nice, clean. quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai overlooking the golf course. The location was great and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, etc. We did have an issue with the TV in the living and had a maintenance person help us out. It turned out that the TV was a little too old to get our home streaming service on it so the maintenance person simply swapped the TV's around so that we could watch our streaming service in both the living room and master bedroom. Overall, our experience was great and we really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend this unit to others but just know you can't park in the garage and you might want to bring along a firestick or something comparable to be able to watch all three TV's."
