While by the pool we often noted what a different experience we would have had if the neighbors were loud. Loved the West facing pool/hot tub room!"

"The host was very welcoming. The amenities were very good with a couple ofexceptions. The patio light wouldnot turn on and the kitchen faucet had little pressure. In fairness I did not contact the owner about these issues so he had no opportunity to reolve them."

"The unit had all the amenities of home. Lakewood National is a great community. Eric was very responsive to any questions we had. We would rent with Eric again without thinking twice."

"The communication with the managing agent was not great. We got a message that we needed to give a carpet cleaning company access after day 2 (clearly from previous stay) and requested an alternative day to the one suggested and never heard back. "

"Anna and Gary are fantastic hosts! They gave us easy directions for getting checked into Lakewood National to be able to use all of the amenities available in this gated community. The condo was in excellent condition and was perfect for our stay. Lakewood National is a golfer's paradise."

"The views from the lanai are terrific - both sunrise & sunset! The location in Lakewood Ranch is terrific with great access to shopping & dining. Also, close enough to Sarasota, St Petersburg & Tampa for day trips. The condo is nicely appointed and cared for. The leasing experience was super easy."
