8th Floor Pelican Beachfront with Ocean View

Welcome to your family vacation home at Pelican Beach Resort, Destin; with all the conveniences of a direct beach vacation rental.
Your beachfront condo is on 8th floor, optimizes your endless gulf view with the ease of beach access.
With our upgrades, we want our guests to feel like they are staying on their beach home. Your home is in the heart of Destin and just a short distance from The Harbor Walk, directly across the street from The Big Kahuna Water Park.

Condo has 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in a bunk bed setting in the hallway and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 in the living room. Master bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and guest bathroom is in the hallway. Coin/credit card operated washer and dryer are located on every floor, right by the elevator area. We provide pack & play in our units (no mattress or linens provided)

We provide start up supplies of toilet paper, hotel sized soap and shampoo, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry tablet. Beach towels are NOT included.

Living room has smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime or others waiting for you to sign in. Both TVs have Cox Ultimate cable package. High speed Wifi in the unit and property grounds.

2 beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler are provided for your pleasure. NOTE: Private sets can only be placed behind rental rows.

Heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, seasonal beach service, seasonal beach side Tiki Bar, arcade room, tennis/pickleball courts and outdoor grills are available for your use in the resort.

Kitchen has all the dishes and kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (k-cup and drip) and toaster.

Door code and detailed arrival information will be emailed and texted 7 days before check-in.

HOUSERULES
- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private set ups are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- We do not provide beach towel and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.

I give it 5 stars! The condo was better than the pictures even showed. We recieved a welcome email with a code to get in 1 week before our dates, and we had zero issues upon arrival. The building is well-maintained, parking is easy/free, the building is gated, and the condo itself is really nice with a beautiful view. We had a great week here and will book again in the future!

Property was nice, pretty clean, could use some extra cleaning. Couch had some crumbs of something in the cushions that needs cleaned and tv in master bedroom only had one channel, ??? . But over all very nice unit.

Beachfront pool, tiki bar, umbrella service. Sand and ocean is so clear. Staff very good and friendly. Plenty of restaurants close. Our unit was 8th floor and away from lower level noise which quicjly ended by 9pm.

Condo was great and literally on the beech. View was amazing. The hosts were very responsive. However, NO ONE wears masks inside of the public spaces. I was not prepared for that!

Overall the stay was great! The condo was a great size for our family of 4. The view from our balcony was amazing, we spent every morning out there drinking our coffee, what a great way to start your day! We had a minor issue with the cleanliness of the condo but it was addressed immediately and we were very pleased with the communication with the host. The location of the condo was right in the center of the main strip so it was busy, making it a little difficult to enter and exit the resort.

The rental was very smooth from beginning to end. Condo was clean and comfortable with excellent views. The property is very nice and the new pool will be a big bonus. The owners were great and checked in on occasion to make sure that everything was going well. I appreciated their attentiveness. Looking forward to staying at Pelican Beach Resort again in the near future.

The condo was great! The condo owners were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo was ready super early on the day we arrived which was soooo nice because we were planning on getting there early to get a late lunch and then check in, but it was already ready once we arrived so we were able to drop all of our stuff off and then go get lunch! Checkout time was also pretty flexible. My boyfriend of 6 years and I had a lovely time and will for sure be returning. Since it was only us two, there was so much space to spread out and having two bathrooms was awesome too. Highly recommend!

We loved the space and all of the comforts it provided. When I contacted the property mgr, he replied pretty quickly. The beach was beatiful and clean. The Pelican Beach Resort staff were all helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place for 6 to stay. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that we had some long waits for an elevator to the and from the 8th floor. But we understood that two elevators were broken.
