This unit has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Queen Sofa Beds and sleeps 8. With 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home.

This property was the best location/setup for our family vacation. We spent almost all of our time on the beach and having the house within steps was optimal. The decks made for the perfect nights to hangout and have a nice dinner. Chris was a great host and always available for questions/help!

Awesome views, updated and very nice. Only reason it wasn't a 5 was vacuum didn't work so floors wasn't very clean but still would come back.

I have been to the beach all my life and this place truly spoiled me! To have access to a private beach and be so close to the house to go back in forth and not haul all your stuff to the beach is SO WORTH IT! This house is amazing. Chris, the owner, was phenomenal! He was so good to work with and made communication smooth.

Chris was so easy to communicate with and the property is absolutely wonderful. Directly on the water and you can hear the waves crashing from right outside the door. Two balconies and a huge downstairs outdoor area as well. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, the beach is amazing. Chris was great to work with. It was the easiest check in i ever been to. The only negative thing I can say I wish we had an umbrella to sit on the deck, it gets very hot. And the grill Was very rusty. Overall I gave it a five star because everything else was wonderful.

My family and I have stayed at this property before. Just like last time, we had a wonderful time. The townhouse is well maintained and has excellent and easy beach access to the accompanying private beach. The views are spectacular and the property provides everything that we need. We always enjoy hanging out on the spacious deck after a long day in the sun. We look forward to our next trip back to Green Reef #4!!

Great home & beautiful views! We lived on the beach! It was perfect for our family to just relax & enjoy the ocean. Chris made sure we got in & that everything was right. When we needed something, he was quick to answer questions and get what we needed.

The property was just as described. Chris, the owner, did a fine job of assuring we arrived and had no issues and he will promptly return your text/call. The 3 decks all have a great view but get very hot, be sure to take the advise..wear flip flops!! If you get out there early, you may see the dolphins or manatee swim by as we did. The decks have plenty of seating to accommodate you. You are only steps away from your private beach area which is great! Just be sure to set up chairs and umbrellas early in the morning to prevent others from crowding your beach area. The house is very clean, which is the first thing I look for! Kitchen was well equipped with cookware and dishes as were the bathrooms with plenty of towels and wash clothes. I do recommend bringing your own laundry supplies, paper plates & cups, dishwashing pods, shampoo, soap, extra paper towels, and plenty of sunblock! Be careful, time to leave slips up on you before you know it! We had a wonderful experience and plan to return!!

This is our second time staying here and it has yet to disappoint! Everything about this house is spectacular. There was even a security guard on the beach so the private beach wouldn’t get crowded with people who aren’t aloud to be there!! Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent property. We will likely stay here next year as well. It is on a private beach, so you have much more space than other nearby beaches. Great location near restaurants and anything else needed. The owner was very accommodating and great to deal with.

Green Reef 4 is the perfect beach retreat for a relaxing getaway or a family vacation. The condo was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures online. The kitchen is stocked with the basic cooking essentials and dinner/flatware. There is also a coffee pot and a keurig. The fridge and pantry are left spotless for you to store your own food. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and linens, and the bed had plenty of fluffy pillows and blankets. The location is close to numerous restaurants and within walking and biking distance of a few. Also, the outlets shops are just a short drive if you have a rainy day and can’t hit the beach. We will definitely be back. The owner, Chris, was awesome. He was very nice and made sure we arrived with no trouble. He also was very responsive with any questions during our stay.

The view from this property is hard to beat! And the THREE decks are great for enjoying it! Some information you might find helpful: -Kitchen fully stocked with cooking equipment, plates, etc. -No plastic cups, Tupperware, aluminum foil, ziplocks, etc. -Nothing at all in pantry or fridge. -Ice maker produced ice, but it kept getting clogged in the dispenser. -No way to lock front door from the inside (only a keypad on outside). -Furnishings are cute, beachy, and functional, but know that most everything is pretty cheap. -When you’re out on the deck, there are neighbors directly on the other side of the railings on both sides. -Good stash of books and beach toys. -You walk down the steps of your deck and your toes are in the sand. Directly on the beach; can’t get any closer!! -Owner was very responsive, helpful, and honest. Overall, if you’re coming for the beach view and don’t mind that the furnishings could use an upgrade, this is the place for you!

This place is absolutely amazing! The views are fantastic and the area is nice and clean! Being able to have a spacious place to stay is incredible, especially when multiple families are visiting. This is my second year coming to the Green Reef 4 and Chris never fails to be the best! We will definitely be returning.
