Who's ready for some Good Vibes, tan lines, and a vacation for the record books? Here at Breathe Easy Rentals' we're excited to offer a new home to the vacation rental marketplace! This luxury bohemian-styled house is the best place along the Emerald Coast for you and your family to enjoy the beach, all while having the comforts of your own private space.
Everyone will have plenty of room to relax with 5 bedrooms (all located on the 2nd floor). The beds are oh so comfy, and a couple of the rooms even include desks where you can get some work/school work done if you need (and yes, the wifi is super speedy here!) The Owners just purchased a new sleeper sofa which resides in the upstairs, open landing. You'll find 2 shared bathrooms upstairs and the one in the Master suite that's pretty epic. One of the top raves on the house is the spacious floorplan!
Downstairs you'll find the main living space, a wet bar, and the gigantic kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. Stocked with all the necessities, you'll enjoy dining indoors at home. Afterwards, play a fun game of ping pong, or break out the poker table for a card game. The new sectional is oh-so-dreamy; sink into the deep couch, turn on the TV, and you'll enjoy comfort and peace instantly. Plus, a fantastic walk-in shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach!
And don't forget the amazing private pool out back - this is the one of the best places we love to hang out and enjoy some vacay vibes. There's a propane grill available for your use, full size washer and dryer, and even a garage! These owners have seriously thought of it all, and we can't wait for you to join us where we love to share Good Vibes!
New upgrades include an interior and exterior stereo system, allowing you to effortlessly play your favorite tunes throughout the downstairs and by the pool. You can even choose which area (downstairs or poolside) to play music in, while the other zones can enjoy something else!

Occupancy: Max 12 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure verification.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.
