I booked the Torre Dorada on the recommendation of an Irish friend who'd stayed there and found the service exceptionally good. Marco and his colleagues really know how to look after people. The location is peripheral, and they compensate for this by providing a courtesy car to ferry guests into town and back. That worked very well. We had a very relaxing stay in Casa Esmeralda. The hotel was beautiful and very modern. The service from staff and attention to detail was excellent. We were even offered a complementary upgrade for our last night as it was available. The hotel was not aware but this was our wedding anniversary so a fantastic end to a great few days! Overall a fantastic stay :)

Felt more like a B&B, family run and very homely. Large comfortable bed, and homemade breakfast. They even gave us a packed lunch the morning we left at 4am to visit Rainbow Valley. 15-20mins walk from city centre, quiet neighbourhood.

The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous, going above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds, and the hotel was wonderfully quiet, making for a relaxing stay. The food was beautifully presented and tasted excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Polo Corporativo San Sebastian for one night only to catch an early flight at Cusco airport. After stating in Peru for nearly 3 weeks, we can say it is the best hotel we stayed at! Great friendly staff, big comfortable rooms, excellent internet and a great price to match! Definitely recommended!
