"Assigned my room to someone else as well, so they walked into the room at 11pm while I was asleep. When locked the door opens by simply turning the handle. Room was dirty, toiletries not restocked, lots of dust and stains around the room. Constant racket above, below, and outside including an arrest at gunpoint at 2am with police on a loud speaker. "

"First room I was checked into had a needle and condom wrapper in it. Second room I tried had stains on the pillow and bedspread along with grime on the headboard. Been trying to get a refund now with no success or returned call from a manager👍 will not stay here again "

"We are from Florida and Hotel Captain Cook really stood out for us. We arrived later in day, wonderful staff checked us in, and then we headed to the rooftop restaurant for an appetizer and drink. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort and a cozy experience. "

"Pool deck area was dirty and unsanitary (trash, used band aids, visibly soiled towels lying on the floor!) Also there were no pool towels available even if I’d opted to enter the pool. Lobby, breakfast atea and hallways were very cold. Room appeared to be fairly clean and functional. Front desk staff were pleasant but also freezing (wearing parka and had space heater). "
