"Using the hotels.com app, you have a choice to use a digital key which once your Id is scanned and you take a photo of yourself so they can identify you is completed, you can check in without going to the front desk. There is a check in person at a little standing desk right once you reach the rooms, so you don’t have to go to a further desk and wait a long line, so we showed him the check in app and he let us right through. I was a little displeased with the fact that our room was on the casino floor at first, but after getting in the room, it offers a lot of soundproofing so my worries went away! We got the signature room and it was a worthy upgrade! The ceilings were high and the bathtub+rainfall shower were so relaxing. With the Target close, we got a bath bomb and enjoyed the room! Amenities were nice, lighting was good, and the bed was very comfortable!! Would stay again!"

"The rooms were clean and well equipped with plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. We thought the bed was comfortable, pillows were fresh. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The property had many fun activities and pool areas. We did think some of the property game areas could be cleaned up a bit, I don’t think they were used often such as horseshoes and putting area. The multiple pools were wonderful however could have been cleaned better as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return. "

"Traveling with 3 kids and they loved the river ranch. The lazy river was pretty shallow (3ft) which was perfect for my beginning swimmer who is only a little more than 3 ft tall. Lots of kids and families but also a lot of people staying up late and gathering outside at the pool and on balconies. Decent sized rooms, pretty clean but not updated."

"The hallway floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks! No security at the side doors of the hotel. Anybody could get in. The rooms were very clean though. The hotel seems to be under renovations. "
