"The rating for this property on expedia is simply fake. Most probably resulting of Bangladeshi click farms, and bad expedia compliance.
The pictures on the site do not do justice to the state of the facilities. Our room had 3 small windows but curtains for only 2. Safe did not open and worked erratically once taken care of by hotel staff. Safe is not attached to anything so you can pick it up and walk away with it.
Breakfast was included but never delivered even if requested. When calling...

10/10 Excellent
The hotel is a great place to relax and forget about everything. The staff is extremely helpful, Spa is clean, the food is delicious. There is nice playground for children as well outside at the hotel area. Overall me and my husband were very satisfied with our stay.
