"Enjoyed our stay, good service, easy check in and hotel is very tidy and clean. Some of the facilities need fixing, in particular in the Spa (Jacuzzi, Ice Dispenser, Sauna seats - some wooden slats are broken) and Spa could do with a cold shower / plunge option as its really warm down there. Breakfast very good. Great selection and like the option to order a fresh omolette. Coffee machine isn't the best. "

"I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it...

"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."
