"Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Host was helpful with restaurant suggestions and food shopping. The flat was very clean and comfortable with many extras. Would stay again and recommend to others!!"

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

Had to sort out alternative accommodation through another booking agent at 1am the morning of my London stay. Avoid at all costs. "
