"The hotel is located at a convenient place."

"It’s a nice and convenient location situated near all of BSB’s attractions. The only comment I would make is our room had a strong scent of cleaning agent, Lysol or equivalent that made it difficult to sleep or stay longer. Other than this, we enjoyed the staff’s hospitality and kindness they showed to us."

"The building looks old and the staff are noisy specially during bedtime. No elevator. No free water, coffee, sugar and cream. No free toiletries. It’s accessible/walking distance to Omar Saifuddien Mosque. Jollibee and mall nearby."

"Well maintained hotel. The room we stayed was clean and comfortable. They provided free airport transfers which is a big thing for us. Buffet breakfast was good we enjoyed it. The only thing that affected our whole experience was the traffic that day, for a 15 mins travel from airport to hotel took more than an hour to get there because they was a celebration happening. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel"

Visiting the Sultanate during Ramadan was interesting and challenging and the Brunei managed to accommodate foreign tourists with great service and sensitivity.
