"Awesome stay was booked for 2 nights only got to stay one night due to flight delays!! Only one staff member difficult at front desk. My husband started talking abd she listened. Folks that drove the shuttle were top notch!"

"Stayed for a week, through the weekend. Nice, comfortable, spacious room. Comfortably slept 2 adults, and 3 kids aged 16, 5 and 4. Didn’t feel like we were crowded in the room. Room features were good, would definitely stay here again."

"VERY close to the airport -- you really could walk to the terminal but there is a 24 hour shuttle, which was the #1 reason I picked this particular Doubletree. The JAX airport car rental/parking lot had just had a catastrophic fire, and it was uncertain where and when the car could be returned to. I ultimately returned to the airport offisite, took the auto rental shutlle to the airport, and Doubletree was there in a few minutes (less than 5) for the pickup. Hotel room doors, etc. are dated and could use a make over but very clean. Staff was great, polite, and corteous. Made sure I received my Hilton points and cookies... :)"
