"We stayed here for a few nights while visiting the Poas Volcano and area waterfalls. Our stay here was WONDERFUL! The place is clean, updated and has such a beautiful view. The host had great communication. We booked the place specifically for the hot tub and it did not disappoint, such a relaxing way to end the day after lots of hiking. 10/10 recommend!!"

Has everything you need with a convenient store and local restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the street, Poas Volcano/park nearby and the town of Poas 10 minute drive away (huge restaurant selection, gas stations, supermarket etc.). Can get windy as it's up on a hill so bring ear plugs or white noise app if you're a light sleeper "

"This property is the perfect size for a family of 3 but can easily host at least 6 or 7. Only concern is the dust because of allergies. Other than that pretty cool place!"

Each cabin has its own unique character and charm. The food was great too! They have done a wonderful job with the landscaping and grounds! We would definitely stay here again! "

"This house is absolutely lovely and the setting is gorgeous, with amazing views and hydrangeas everywhere. A little more information in the house would have been helpful (like a booklet with WiFi codes, fireplace instructions, history of the area, restaurant recommendations, etc.), but otherwise everything was delightful."

"This hotel in nothing more than several rotted out cabins on the hill. The site says a 2 star hotel, it is not a one star by anyone's measure. If you do not have a jeep 4 wheel drive do not attempt to drive down to the hotel. We booked this and went to the hotel. The area was closed, due to volcanic activity, but since we had a reservation the police let us pass. I started down the road, stopped and walked over 800 meters to the lodge. There was no one there and had to hike back up the hill. We...
