"The Hilton hotel was nice and nearby the airports mall, and the city Alajuela. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always greeting you and ensuring you were having a great stay. The hotel transportation was very helpful. Mr. Warner was my favorite and is el mejor driver. The views were amazing and in general was a perfect stay. "

When it said it was only 16 minutes away from the airport I assumed it would be a short drive, but it was pretty complicated getting there. However, the service was wonderful and the property was beautiful."

"Very happy with this hotel. Better than others we’ve used in the area. Updated, clean, nice amenities in the lobby. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar but looked really nice. Used airport shuttle. On time and quick to the airport. We stay near the airport when we have an early flight out of San Jose."

"Very nice hotel with cool decor in the lobby and entry area. Beautiful rooftop deck with pretty flowers, etc. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very nice. We arrived somewhat late in the evening and there was someone at the street level who was waiting to let us in. But once we were inside and upstairs at the lobby we waited a VERY long time before someone showed up to the front desk to check us in. Probably 15+ minutes. We were tired and it was just a bummer. We got the basic room and it was just fine...a little tight, but clean and served its purpose. I would stay here again."
