"Hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast consists of coffee, tea and fruit. Pastries can be purchased. The room was nice, not what I would consider a 4 star (i.e., not comparable to the nearby Hyatt). Charge of $5 per piece to store luggage."

Extremely clean; rooms were very quiet and even with the city view we had a view of the lake; central location; helpful staff; Amuse is a great little restaurant/bar in the lobby; right across the street from the stairs down to the river walk; close to Navy Pier and can walk to shopping on Michigan Ave. Perfect for our long weekend stay."

"This hotel is right on the river next to Michigan Ave. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to see. The staff provided a list of restaurants and nightspots that was very helpful. "
