"This is a fun hotel for families. The staff were amazing, the facilities were clean and well kept up. The breakfast and happy hour were delicious. My granddaughter had fun in the pool but you have to keep your eye on things because it can get rough at times. We had a super time and everything was positive. There was even a text system if you have any issues and they respond quickly. "

"Yes it was clean when we came in. However, the front desk didn't let us know that the cleaning staff come every other day, which would have been helpful to know. Also, our shower got clogged and was fixed immediately, which I appreciate. The bellman was not sure what to call him, he was kinda rude to the man who works in the little store by saying "Speak English" so that was disheartening to hear. "

The reason I would not give it 5-stars is the surprise additional $25/per day fee sprung on as at check-in - this was never clear or mentioned prior to arriving. This is dishonest business practice and makes me think twice about booking with Hilton again."
