Fairmont Chicago at Millennium Park
10/10 Excellent
"I would highly recommend this place for families looking for a quieter place to stay. The one bedroom suite was surprisingly affordable for how big it was, and within 20 minutes, the staff had brought up an extremely comfortable rollaway bed, microwave, and mini fridge, which was very helpful since we were traveling with a toddler. The standout for us was the service at the coffee bar in the mornings! They were extremely kind and even gifted our kids some snacks on our last day when it was obvious we were checking out. We will definitely be returning when we come to Chicago again!"
"GORGEOUS view of downtown and Lake Michigan! Light filled room. Comfortable bed. Bathtub to welcome zen. Restful sleep nightly to embrace the day ahead. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Gym more than sufficient for maintaining my fitness goals while traveling. I appreciate renovated spaces that have retained their historic charm. Convenient to all Chicago has to offer. Will DEFINITELY return."
"Mi experiencia fue excelente, sobre todo en mo que hace a la atenciòn al cliente. El señor que me recibiò la noche que lleguè, tarde, LaShaun, fue muyyy amable, siempre predispuesto y muy calido.
