"The location is very good, but the hotel needs to make some improvements. First, when you enter, there is a strong smell of humidity, which I imagine is coming from the carpet. The same smell was noticeable in the hallways and in the room. In the room, I found that the sink was clogged, and the shower curtain had a strong marijuana smell. I believe housekeeping should use a checklist before leaving the room so the next guest can have a better impression. Other than that, everything was good!"

"Stayed here many times over the years. Good value, great location. Rooms are small but efficient and clean with very comfy beds. Quiet, good shades. My only request would be to PLEASE INSTALL ADEQUATELY LONG SHOWER CURTAINS SO WE ARENT CONSTANTLY FLOODING THE BATHROOM FLOOR."

"Great and advance communication about when to expect to receive check in details. I was traveling internationally and coming into town late for this stay, so knowing what to expect and having responsive hosts was great. The property was nice, clean, and easy to access. Very convenient to blue line and union station. Near several nice offices as well. Loved that there was a kitchen and laundry, I’d return and stay again for those. Thanks!"

"This property is old and dated, rooms are small and very dirty. There were stains all over the carpet bathroom appeared not to have been cleaned in months. A lot of dust, bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very old mattress squeaky and very cheap. I stay at many hotels throughout the country and stay in Chicago often and thought I’d try this property, I will never be going back. The property charges way too much for having so many cleanliness issues and be so outdated."
