"The hotel is just showing her age... Patched wallpaper, water-stained carpeting, things like that. Our room was clean and comfortable and the view was fantastic. Be aware that particularly on weekend nights, you will hear a LOT of traffic and stereo noise from Michigan Ave. The concierge was very helpful and the price was right."

"Location is near buses and train if you want to take public transport. Staff is friendly, they have tea and coffee every morning. We were there when they had the shamrock shuffle run and they gave out some mini cliff bars which was a nice touch. Room was clean, our room faced the side of the ATT building so no view to speak of. Main downside is the noise. You can hear garbage trucks collecting trash at 11:30PM-12am and every time an ambulance or fire truck drove by. I have my own ear plugs but they do provide them as well. Would overall recommend."
