"Recently had a 6 night stay which was amazing. The garden & maintenance’s staff need a special mention to how well kept this property is. The dining staff go above and beyond to ensure you are informed and catered to. The room was extremely spacious, clean, tidy, private & well themed for the location. Aitutaki on a whole is beautiful and highly recommended getting scooters to check out the greater island. Pros: Right on the Lagoon Staff that make you feel like family not a guest Location is beautiful Breakfast is great Possible improvement from our perspective: Inclusion of mosquito spray in public areas. Lots of mozzies around the resort. Other resorts and restaurants offer at zero charge. A daily complimentary transfer into town, as it quiet far away from most things (although bikes are available) We had abit of incorrect information provide to us on check in regarding scooter hire/license which saw us without transport over the weekend as everything was closed. Extra charges added onto activity prices if you get the hotel to call and book. Generally 20$ pp each time. Unfortunately after check out we feel the ball was dropped. Ferry guy called us into the transfer bus, but the driver dropped us off and left. Didn’t say anything to anyone, no good bye, no thanks for coming. Apart from very minor things, the place is beautiful and the staff and warm and welcoming. "

"The staff. Meli, Sava, Daphne, Tutai, Nga, just the names I remember. The Kids Club staff. ALL THE FRONT OFFICE, RESTAURANT/BAR STAFF, KIDS HUT!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was a stay to remember - kids loved the pool and everything about the swimming pool. Snorkeling, Paddle boarding, Kayaks... The games around the hotel 5stars!!!! The food, breakfast choices ❤️ A trip to always remember!!"

Sane was incredibly professional, accommodating, and always available 24/7 to assist with any requests or questions. For anyone planning a holiday in Rarotonga, I highly recommend Kia Orana Villas. The location is very convenient, being close to town. The villas are well-equipped with everything you might need, including cooking facilities, a BBQ, and a washer/dryer. "As soon as we arrived at Club Raro, the staff were all very friendly and approachable. Technically, we were not supposed to be able to book into our room until 2 pm, but seeing as we arrived on the early morning flight and got to Club Raro at about 8.30-9.00 am, we were given a voucher enabling us to have some breakfast and allowed to relax in the resort while waiting for our room to be ready. After a short wait, relaxing in the reception area, we were taken to our beachfront room. Our room, which looked directly out onto the ocean, was clean and fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the amenities that you would expect - air con, small fridge, kettle, coffee/tea, etc. The only thing we found was that the room could become a little stale-smelling when locked up for any length of time due to no ventilation in the bathroom. Meals from the restaurant were all delicious, with a great variety of choices. And with breakfast being available until 11 am each day made for a leisurely morning if we wanted to lie in bed a bit longer. The cocktail menu was extensive as well as delicious. We hired a car, picking it up from the airport after we landed, but there is a Polynesian Car Hire desk at the club, and we would highly recommend getting a car or scooter to get around. There is a free shuttle bus between Club Raro and sister resort The Edgewater. We would definitely recommend Club Raro Resort for those looking for an adults-only getaway. "

"Very spacious and well appointed villa with master bedroom upstairs and the other two at ground level. Appreciated the complimentary shuttle to and from sister property Pacific Hotel Resort that we used in some capacity every day. Lovely staff at both locations, too numerous to mention. "
