"The cleanliness did not meet the standards. The state of the toilet was very terrible. I never experienced that before with hotel .com late nights I couldn’t use the toilet because of a defective lamp bulb. I politely approached a member of staff who replied that it was too late to replace it. I was chocked. I then had to use my own torch in the toilet. The state of the toilet was disgusting. "
