"The hotel was clean. I did arrive a bit early and I was hoping I could’ve received accommodations. The first front desk staff pretty much said to come back at your check out time. I came back about two hours later and a gentleman was kind to let me know that there was a fee for early check in if I’d like to get my room ahead of schedule. I’m not sure if the first staff member didn’t want to help or there really wasn’t something available at the time I first arrived but it would’ve been helpful to know that you could check in earlier for a fee. I was super exhausted after my flight and needed to crash. Outside of that minor situation, the hotel was great and it was super clean. It met my expectations fully."
