"The hotel rooms could use some upgrades. The cleanliness was not as expected from a Holiday Inn. Our sheets had blood stains upon arrival. Our AC broke overnight and when we called to report it and request a fan in the meantime, we were brought a small desktop fan and told the rest were locked in a closet so that’s all they could offer."

My daughter was also given a special treat for her birthday!! The shuttle was also very helpful for moving around the area and trips to Mandela square and the mall."
