The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. "We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa with stunning views and a good-sized pool. The white road up to the house would be a challenge with a sports car, but with a regular vehicle it's fine; 4WD would be useful in wet weather.The villa accommodated our party of 7 adults and 3 children perfectly, and we could eat outside under the grapevines every day except one. On that day, it could have benefited from a larger table inside.There are two kitchens, but we used only the lower one. It's quite basic and, like some other aspects of the property, a little dated but functional.The host was very communicative, and the guy who looks after the place was ready to help if needed (in Italian only).Overall, everyone liked the property. The only thing to say is that it's probably due a renovation to bring some elements up to date, but once you get used to them, it does not detract from the wonderful place and views.We did not do much tourist stuff, but Sarnano is worth a visit about a 15-minute drive north (pizza, gelati in the evening, market on Thursday morning), and Amandola has a small but acceptable Conad supermarket open all day (about 15 minutes south)."

"I arrived around 9:00pm and I had been given clear instructions on how to get into the building including codes and the process was really easy I had a WhatsApp number and was in contact with management throughout giving me instructions on how to access my room My room had everything that I needed it was clean and really cozy when I put the bedside lights on The bathroom was spacious and really clean The room had amenities such as Tea Fruit tea and coffee and complimentary water in the mini fridge which was very welcome after a long travel x I was in Fermo to attend my nephews wedding he was marrying a local girl and unfortunately I had broken my travel iron on my Rome trip so I text management over WhatsApp to ask if they had one for me and they did!!! Which was a life saver thank you very much x I really enjoyed my stay at Lido it was in the perfect location for me right on the beach and also right in the middle of the late night markets which were amazing It is also close to an amazing gelato place just to the side of the hotel x you have to try I also loved the vending machines inside and outside of the apartments But remember if you want alcohol you have to have a Italian ID card but the lovely locals helped me with that x Thank you for making my stay in Fermo so relaxed x"

"My wife, two teenage children, and two other teenage traveling companions visited Montefortino and it was an all around amazing time and experience! The host and his wife treated us all like family the moment we arrived and he wouldn't rest until he knew everyone was feeling perfectly bliss. They cooked and fed us like kings and queens our entire stay. He insisted on obliging us on any question or simple inquiry to learn more about and enjoy everything in the absolutely beautiful region and environment. The home is a spacious comfort cottage in the mountains. The air conditioners were new, reliable, and everyone slept perfectly sound. An added bonus was knowing we'd be waking up to a delicious home cooked breakfast feast that was waiting for us to enjoy under the beautiful morning sun. The real beauty, however, is the people. On our last night, at our impromptu request, the host and his wife welcomed us into their kitchen to teach our four teenagers to make traditional pasta and desserts. Their loving dogs entertained my family that night and for our entire stay. We ended up eating dinner and celebrating that night with them and a few others from the surrounding towns. None of us were ready to leave when it was time to head out. You don't want to miss this experience!"
