"I don't know if I can say Ive had that type of service at a hotel in a long time. Star is genuinely pleasant and genuinely wants to ensure guests have a pleasant relaxing stress free stay. I only spent a tiny amount of time with Michelle but she was super helpful too. I dont really expect much from hospitality these days as customer service has declined drastically. If Star and Michelle could travel the country to train others how to provide a pleasant experience for guests it would be beneficial and give people reasons to seek out your brand. Thank you"

"Comfortable bed with soft and firm pillows to choose. Convenient to anything you may need, shopping, grocery , pharmacy, restaurants etc. Internet service all around Johnson City was a bit sketchy hit or miss. "

"I was a little concerned based on stars, but this Sleep Inn was much more than previously rated. Quick check-in and early, friendly staff, very clean room and beds, great breakfast. "

"The motel is a little old, but recently remodeled. The rooms are very nice. The staff and service were excellent."
