"The room is big enough for a person with a large suitcase. The location is pretty good. It's part of an arcade with numerous restaurants and stores and within decent walking distance of a subway station. The onsen is great with a cold pool in addition to the hot one as well as a relaxation room and some cold foods to enjoy afterwards. "Loved this spot mainly because of the great customer service. I wanted to visit this port town and it wasn’t too far from the JR Abashiri station. The staff was really friendly and helped us get a taxi going back to the station and also helped me find where to get a souvenir doll from the town. The room was nice.
